Shipping Policy

Gentle Donkey endeavours to process, pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Time:

• Quick Ship

Quick ship items (products with a QUICK SHIP badge) will be delivered to you between 3-6 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the area you are shipping to.

• Standard Ship

Estimated standard shipping times are between 9-12 business days, however during busy periods shipping can take up to 14 business days. We would definitely try our best to get your shipment delivered asap.

 

Order Processing:

Please allow 2 business days to process your order. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. Our warehouse team processes orders as fast as possible and we appreciate your patience.

 

Shipping Costs:

We offer free shipping for all orders.

 

Tracking:

You'll be able to track your package by using the tracking number in the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.

 

Courier Info:

All orders are processed and shipped using Australia Post or Sendle. Once an order has shipped, Gentle Donkey is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the relevant shipping company to file a claim using your tracking number for your order.
